Bananas, they’re not just for hammocks any more. On a more serious note, my crop this year was the best since we planted the trees in the back yard. Between hurricanes and early hard frosts, I’m lucky to get one tree’s worth. This year, every tree that fruited yielded a bumper crop to such an extent, that I had to give them away to keep them from going to waste. P.S. How about that top GIF? YeHa!

I hate bananas. They’re all great for awhile but then get all soft and mushy.

Strangely, I get mad cravings for banana nut muffins every once in a while, but the very odour of the raw fruit is almost guaranteed to make me toss my cookies.
