PHOTOS: The popular site Me In My Place, featuring ladies getting into various states of undress while in their homes, has teamed with top photographer Ryan Pfluger to launch an all-male version, Me In My Place Guys.
The original site, shot by Michael Edwards, has been going strong for three-and-a-half years now, so the time is ripe for dudes to get in on the domestic disrobing. Pfluger proved the perfect lensman to put these scantily-clad men in their place(s), his work having appeared in The New York Times, GQ and Details among many others.
“There is something very intimate and honest when it’s just a photographer and a subject in their own space,” Pfluger said. “The amount of images that permeate the internet, from selfies to porn stars and celebrities shirtless, is overwhelming and mostly appropriated from other sources.
“It’s nice to have a place to go see real guys in their own space, that completely original consistent content. It’s casual and just a little bit sensual at the same time.”
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
Check out a few photos from the blog below. And for anyone wishing to support the site and see the full sets — which promise to be a “bit more intimate” — you can download the MIMP mobile app here.
