Ok here’s a #transformationtuesday post. I’ve been feeling super unmotivated lately so trying to stay accountable. I’ve come a very long way but have some way to go still. Props to @jadanaas and @fitflexnutrition as always. Losing this weight has been the hardest thing I’ve done, but when I feel weak willed I say OUT LOUD to myself “your actions and choices show what’s important to you” and that usually motivates me to get off my ass and do what I need to to do keep making progress. Wishing doesn’t achieve goals.
