I didn’t realize he made the decision to “Get off the stage” I thought the highest disapproval ratings for a sitting president in decades and a majority of U.S. citizens polled thinking his presidency was a failure, as well as causing his party to get crushed in the next election is what got him off the stage.

No, I believe him. He’s been asked constantly what he thinks on certain issues, and he always gives the same response. Perhaps it’s that he doesn’t know or he doesn’t care. Either way, he’s from Texas and he’s a man. It’s obvious what he thinks.

Bush’s silence on this matter is a family tradition. His father graciously remained silent on policy decisions during Clinton’s presidency too. There are many things to criticize about dubya, but this is not one of them. I’m actually glad he has shut the hell up.

Too bad he didn’t get off the stage of politics IN THE BEGINNING. This incompetent oaf was responsible for the deaths of tens if not hundreds of thousands of people, and the maiming of even more people, including his own. All this so his cronies could get wealthy on taxpayer money.
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg of the TOTAL DISASTER that is his presidency.
And, to add further insult, he called for an anti-gay amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
