Come again?

The “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” reboot is coming — whether you like it or not

Prediction: In 2018, every program you thought dead and buried will rise from the cemetery sod and shamble towards a television screen near you, probably to the distant strains of A Raincoat’s “It Came In The Night”.

Possibly egged on by the success of Fuller House, the necromancers at Netflix just released the trailer for a brand-new Queer Eye For The Straight Guy, which features an entirely new crew galloping stridently into unsuspecting strangers’ lives and festooning them in every manner of fabulousness, whether they like it or not.

“The original show was fighting for tolerance,” says Tan France, the minion who assumes the “Fashion” mantle. “Our fight is for acceptance.”

And with that, the crew starts banging down strangers’ doors, insulting evening wear, and probably throwing out all the antique china.
