Rami Malek sat down with The Hollywood Reporter recently to discuss his role as Elliot Anderson on USA’s “Mr. Robot.”
Anderson is a hacker with a host of issues, like anxiety and depression, who uses opiates such as Morphine, his drug of choice, to cope.

Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
Simple, he took them himself.
“I basically asked Sam Esmail, the writer and creator of the show, and now director of the second season, which drugs Elliot was going to do throughout all the seasons and I just started to do whatever he did,” he said.
When asked if he was aware that they were live and his admission couldn’t be cut from the record he answered, “Yeah, that’s what I did.”

Why is this on an LGBT news site? I won’t be surprised when this idiot winds up addicted if that has not already happened.

I watched this show once and I’m guessing you need to be stoned to enjoy it. But if morphine is necessary I’ll pass! And yeah, what’s the gay angle? (if any).

Well, that’s a stunning admission. It’s a great show though.

Wow what a great excuse for taking drugs. I wonder if that one would fly with the cops if you got caught.

@barkomatic: The show is riveting. These last few episodes have taken it to another level.
Rude Drew
