    I honestly don’t think it matters who they bring on; I think the show is pretty done without Simon. And Paula…it lost a little something without Paula last season.

    “Shoot it in the neck & put it out of its misery” was a line in a movie about ranching whose title I forget, but it applies to American Idol and The View.

    Both shows have outlived their usefulness and their expected lifespan.

    I used to watch it. Not anymore though. First off, Paula in last season’s showing was not rehired, and definetly not now, since Simon is through with it.
