SOMETHING BLUE...

Rosie O’Donnell’s New Bride Gets Zilch If She’s Unfaithful

Rosie O’Donnell kept her June wedding to wife  on the DL for the most part, but Page Six has the scoop on their prenuptial agreement:

While comedienne and talk-show host O’Donnell has been “extremely generous to Michelle in the prenup,” sources say, her 40-year-old bride “gets nothing if she cheats.” Lawyers for the pair had been in talks over the agreement since they were engaged last December. The couple, who had planned to marry in August, brought the wedding forward after Rounds was diagnosed with rare desmoid tumors, also known as aggressive fibromatosis, in June. She had surgery June 14. Meanwhile O’Donnell has also had health issues. She revealed Aug. 20 that she recently suffered a heart attack.

Our source added, “Both women have health issues, but the prenup negotiations were pretty fraught in the days before the wedding. Rosie just wanted to get it signed under her terms. She wasn’t in the mood to make any compromises. Despite this, Rosie and Michelle truly love each other, and they wanted to marry before Michelle underwent surgery,” the source said.

We can only imagine the stress brought on by both partners in a relationship falling ill (O’Donnell recently suffered a heart attack). Add in the tension brought by a pre-nup and we’re surprised they made it to the altar.

No, Rosie, you can rest assured that the pretty young thing who latches on to an obese middle-aged has-been is there ONLY for the love.

Oh lesbians and their silly notions of monogamy.

@BJ McFrisky: Physical attraction is not a precursor for love. Love is an emotion. Physical attraction is a hormonal thing. In the end, it is more about how you treat each other than rather you want to fuck each other repeatedly.

Just the declaration of trust you want when you’re dealing with tumors and surgery, huh? Wonder if the prenup works both ways? What’s Michelle’s compensation if Rosie cheats, or is Rosie entitled because she’s the ‘famous one?’

I second all the points made here. Eventhough, I hope they treat each other well,
Rosie’s personality and track record suggests this might be a short one. With her
first wife they had the shared experience and responsebility of raising childeren
together. What ties these to together, besides a desire not to be alone, is anyones
    guess.
