RuPaul’s Drag Race, the cult phenomenon, drag queen reality-competition show that airs every Monday night in a gay bar near you, was renewed for a ninth season a few months back. And, as the story goes with every new season, the “Nancy Drew” detectives over on the RuPaul’s Drag Race sub-Reddit have complied a list of the queens most likely cast.
What makes these queens so likely to be cast? According to Reddit speculations, it appears that these queens all went silent on social media at the same time, around the date the new season was known to have started filming.
Take this list below with a grain of salt, as nothing will be officially confirmed until Logo announces the new lineup. Just know that the 46,000 Ru Girls on the sub-Reddit have a pretty good track record when it comes to this sort of sleuthing.

Sounds right to me if all their accounts grew silent at the same time. But I’m tired of this series. The queens think theyre big hollywood celebrities after being on the show with all the airs of “don’t you know who I am”? I’m talking, the ones eliminated immediately. You know who you are. Lol.

I’m kinda not excited for Rupaul’s Drag Race this time around. Like, I’m not rooting for any of them, although if I had to guess, Aja will take it all.

i like the show but is their any thing about drag kings women who see them self as a king i would like to see for once were you crown a king and queen it might be good but just the same i like not one of them is better then your fist i love it keep it up your show has help out with how to were my make up but i still do not have that Mr.right LOL love you rupal you are blessing to the world. and thank you for opening your world to me.

My BF brought over his USB with the first 3 episodes of Season 9, plus all of Season 7….and we watched it together. (I’d never seen the series before). The Season 9 list in this story is pretty darned good.
To me, (eternal cynic) I think the show is mediocre at best. The writing isn’t funny, the contestants are so-so, and Rue simply channels his inner Tyra. The show often sounds, looks and feels like an inferior version of ANTM.
BUT, I DID really enjoy watching my BF watch RPDR.
