Saint Ivanka wants to make sure everyone is aware of her noble humanitarian efforts

Ivanka Trump is working harder than ever to help investigators get to the bottom of what happened on January 6 make sure everyone is aware of her noble humanitarian efforts.

Last weekend, the former first daughter posted a video to Instagram bragging about how she sent 1 million meals to starving families in Ukraine. It was later reported that most of the food was packages of oatmeal and goulash and that Ivanka, who is worth an estimated $800 million, donated very little of her own money to fund the effort.

A few days later, she posted about her quick jaunt down to Arabi, Louisiana, where local news cameras followed her around for an hour or so while she served meals, posed for photos with tornado victims, and surveyed the damage in the area without offering any real assistance or financial support for recovery.

Yesterday, Ivanka very humbly took to Instagram to share photos of volunteers loading up boxes to be sent to Ukraine, along with the caption: “I feel humbled to have been asked by the Polish Government to assist in sending urgently needed medical supplies to Ukraine via Poland. We have procured enough medicines, equipment and medical supplies to fill more than five C-130 Hercules cargo planes!”

On Twitter, she added, “Grateful for the hard work and huge hearts of our partners who helped us procure hundreds of pallets of critical medicines, medical supplies and hospital equipment to support Ukrainians who have suffered so unjustly from Russia’s invasion.”

In all of her posting, Ivanka has never once mentioned anything about how, as president, her father often parroted Kremlin talking points, excused and sometimes even embraced Russian aggression, and fawned over Vladimir Putin. Nor has she mentioned how her dad was impeached (the first time) for threatening to withhold military aid to Ukraine if it didn’t supply him dirt on Joe Biden prior to the 2020 presidential election.

We’d also like to note that, while it’s nice Ivanka wants to help, boasting about your own altruism on social media is extremely tacky. Not to mention, when you’re worth almost $1 billion, sending oatmeal and wrangling other people to ship medical supplies to a war-torn country feels like a rich person’s equivalent of barely lifting a finger.

Also worth mentioning is that fact that Ivanka has been doing all of this at the exact same time her husband, Jared Kushner, met with the House panel investigating the January 6 insurrection after the White House announced it wouldn’t assert executive privilege over his or Ivanka’s testimony.

Jared testified yesterday. Ivanka still hasn’t agreed to an interview, despite a request for her cooperation made by the panel back in January.
