Sara Gilbert, who played the smart-alecky daughter on Roseanne, was seen this week at Leonor’s Mexican vegetarian restaurant in Studio City looking VERY pregnant. Sara and her girlfriend of five years, Allison Adler, are TAKING TURNS having babies. Allison gave birth to their first child – a boy named Levi in 2004.

That explains why television boyfriend Johnny Galecki made his character David act like such a girl.
