A former Sean Cody star has been charged with the murder.
32-year-old Jordan Joplin performed as Zack on Sean Cody, Logan Cruise on Men.com and Bromo, and “bisexual jock” Rob Stonebridge on Randy Blue. He is accused of stealing from and murdering wealthy Alaskan surgeon Dr. Eric Garcia.
According to court records, Joplin visited Garcia at his home in Ketchikan, Alaska last March. He spent the night before returning home to Washington.
They guys planned to meet up again laster that week at a medical conference in Las Vegas, but the doctor never showed.

Joplin called Ketchikan police to say he hadn’t heard from Garcia and was worried. So the cops went to Garcia’s house for a welfare check. When he didn’t answer the door, they assumed he was traveling for business.

A week later, Joplin called them again to say he hadn’t heard from Garcia. He offered to go to Ketchikan and let them into the house with his spare key. When police arrived, they found Garcia’s body, which had been dead for about 10 days.
But the story doesn’t end there.
Garcia reportedly had a large collection of gold and coins worth half a million dollars. He also had 20 to 30 watches worth $2,000 to $8,000 apiece and a large collection of expensive alcohol.
All of that stuff was missing from the doctor’s house.
Police found many of the valuables, plus a flat screen TV and two laptop computers belonging to Garcia, at Joplin’s house in Washington. Apparently he had shipped it all down there the day after Garcia was last seen alive.
Joplin was arrested and transported to Ketchikan where is being held on $200,000 bail. He faces charges of first degree theft and murder, both of which he has pleaded not guilty to.
His trial is scheduled for November.

Chris, this is a gay porn star we’re talking about here. No doubt the good doctor saw one of his vids and grew fascinated enough to fly him first class up to Alaska (all speculation on my part) and once there he (the gay prostitute) started asking personal questions as to whether or not the poor guy had relatives who would come in and check on him from time to time. Once he finds out the guy didnt he decides to rip the guy off and kill him. He gets drunk/high and his conscious started bothering him so instead of leaving well enough alone he decides to listen to his inner demons and ends up incriminating himself. The part about him having the key to the doctors office was the dead giveaway (pardon my pun) that he knew more than he was letting on. You gotta remember people who have no problem being filmed letting a guy dump inside of him and squeezing it out aren’t exactly Einsteins when you take into account how little they were paid to do it.

To me, the moral of the story is to seek a lover who is both genuinely interested in you and exclusively homosexual.
Ill admit it, generally I love masculine vers bottoms, and often I find myself falling for ‘straight’ boys. Sometimes, I am able to be the “first” gay lover for a boy, but the relationships always end— partially because of his interest in women and my insecurities surrounding his bisexuality. I love that we can go shooting, exploring, and other ‘masculine’ activities that I can’t find a gay boy to do with me, but the psychological games are exhausting.
As I prepare to enter my thirties and continue into my fairly lucrative career, I continue to be diligent in parsing out sugar babies from the boys which I would like to call “my baby boy.” I will not be a sugar daddy for some ambition-less twat. Drive is sexy, even coming from a laborer…..
In summation, find someone whom you can completely satisfy sexually and someone who does not value your valuables more than they value your life. Hopefully, it will save heartache, and perhaps your life.

I don’t disagree. If a stellar personality and resolute character were all it took to fall in love, then dating would be infinitely easier.
Unfortunately, physical attraction cannot be developed in the eye of a beholder – either it is there, or it is not. Sure, one’s personality can make him more attractive, or less as the case may be, but there is some requisite baseline below which attraction is not possible.

If you’re really only capable of finding one very narrow group of people attractive, it’s not a problem of physical attraction, it’s a problem of shallowness. We all have a type, and we all have things we like on a guy, but it’s really not normal to be completely unable to be attracted to someone outside of that tiny little subset. Especially if that subset is “baby boys”. That whole dynamic is about something way more than physical attraction, that’s for damn sure.

Thanks. Kind of interesting defense they’ve got. The Doc was suppose to move down to WA so Joplin was just handling the shipping details. Of coarse I don’t know anyone that ships 2 tons of coins on a shipping container.

Interesting that there’s no cause of death said. Either means the doc died naturally and Joplin just took advantage of the situation or Joplin cause it somehow.

I was a client of Jordan’s for five years. There is no way Jordan killed this doctor, that I can promise you. What is most likely that happened is Jordan showed up, the doctor croaked, and then Jordan made some bad decisions, like stealing his stuff.
But I would be very very shocked if he killed him. Jordan would never hurt a fly.
