Fresh from its August break, Congress seems to have hit the ground running. The Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Subcommittee of the House’s Education and Labor Committee will start deliberations on Employment Non-Discrimination Act.

According to HRC, the session will open the floor to two panels. One panel, which includes Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin and Congressman Barney Frank, will argue for ENDA. Six civilians will also share their personal stories and statistics on workplace discrimination.

Meanwhile, another, much smaller panel will argue against ENDA.
