Starting this week, let’s up your reps. 5 sets of 15 should do the trick. You’re welcome, America. Now, get to work!

If you’re not hot on the 19th, no amount of exercise will get you there by the 31st…

Thank you for this. I’m a skinny guy who hates working out, so I’m always looking for ways to make my workout for pleasant and less repetitive, and for efficient exercises that activate multiple muscle groups. I hadn’t seen the wolverine before, and will try it. I figured out the dumbbell incline row on my own, but you added a nice twist to it. I hope you do more glute exercises. I find my glutes really hard to activate in any meaningful way. My quads always take over. Also, most good glute and leg exercises tend to be torture (squats, lunges, etc.), so it would be nice to find something that was not unpleasant to do.
@hyhybt: I was thinking the same thing at first, but the video is for week three, and it was posted almost a week ago.

(Oops… “more pleasant” not “for pleasant”)

@Merv, for glutes, google “pull-throughs.” There is a video by Tony Gentilcore somewhere illustrating the right way to do them.
