Can you believe Simon Cowell is not always super nice to everyone?
On a recent Xtra Factor, which sounds like a math textbook, Rylan Clark-Neal was co-hosting a segment when he said “I love a front door,” for whatever reason. Simon responded, “I thought you liked back doors?”

Meh, as homophobic jokes go, that one’s pretty flaccid. Really depends on the context — you could say it cruelly, while menacing a gay person. Or you could say it affectionately over mimosas at brunch. It certainly sounds like the kind of catty jibe two queer friends might exchange.
At any rate, Rylan didn’t seem to mind, and said “Oh, Simon! Would you like me to show you how much?”

And even still, what is someone supposed to do when someone else is offended? I don’t care… I’m not apologizing, and you’re still gonna be mad, so be mad off the internet? Because when people announce they’re offended on Twitter, nine times out of ten,they’re saying “Don’t say things I don’t like ever again, because my personal feelings matter over that of others.”

No harm, no foul…that’s Simon. I watched ep of Xtra and thought it was funny, Simon was trying to use quick wit and realized he spoke too soon. Rylan has said and insinuated many times about his sexuality so this was nothing.

I always assumed Simon Cowl was a huge queen but since learning several years ago that he is straight I take that at face value. What I am in disbelief about is how he ends up dating models half his age. The man just isn’t that good looking or likeable. It must be the fame and money.
