Supreme Court Passes Over Kentucky Student’s “Let Me Be a Homophobe” Case

“The Supreme Court declined today to get involved in a suit filed by a Kentucky high school student who claimed he should be allowed to sue his school district over a policy that allegedly barred him from expressing opposition to homosexuality. The justices did not comment in denying the appeal of Timothy Morrison, who contended that he was harmed by the policy of the Boyd County Board of Education. Morrison was never punished under the policy, which was later changed.” [AP]
