A Colorado couple was not happy when they discovered their landlord using their apartment as a meeting spot for gay sex romps.
Newlyweds Logan Pierce and Mikaela DiGiulio were renting an apartment in Colorado Springs from Carlos Quijada for about four months when they made the shocking discovery on their four-camera Nest security system.

Pierce was at work when he received an alert on his phone saying that someone had entered the apartment.
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
“I got a notification from one of the cameras on lunch the other day that it detected noise and was strange because both of us work all day everyday,” he tells his local news station KKTV.
When he logged online to check the security cameras, he saw Quijada and another man inside his bedroom.
“I opened up the camera and kind of had to like quit the program and like restart it again because I didn’t really believe what I saw,” he continues.
Pierce watched in shock as the men became removing their pants and climbing onto his and his wife’s marriage bed. For the next six minutes, they engaged in various sex acts.
“I guess the first thing that went through my mind was, like, complete and utter disbelief,” Pierce says.

If that wasn’t troubling enough, when the men were finished, Quijada’s paramour grabbed one of DiGiulio’s dresses from a laundry pile and used it to clean himself up. Meanwhile, Quijada tried using another garment to wipe up a lube stain on the sheets.
As it just so happened, the dress Quijada’s partner used as a post-sex clean-up rag just so happened to be the same dress DiGiulio wore during the couple’s wedding reception earlier in the year.
Piece says that was the most upsetting part of the whole ordeal: “To see how upset she immediately got because she was the one that realized that’s what that was and they just threw it back and now that’s gone because the authorities took it for DNA evidence.”
The couple immediately contacted authorities and turned over the tape then moved out of the apartment and into a nearby Super 8 hotel. The Colorado Springs Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Quijada, charging the 39-year-old landlord with one felony charge of criminal trespassing and a misdemeanor charge of obscenity.

Of course, the conservative religious alt right trumpettes will use incidents like this to dehumanize the LGBT community, without regard to the sexual orientation of these men.

I wonder if this piece of shit Landlord was a married man with a wife and children, and so he used his tenants apartment for his gay sex rendesvous. Unless he had a sick and twisted fetish of fucking in other people homes, I can’t understand if he IS indeed an out and proud homosexual, then why tf couldn’t he just fuck men in his own apartment. Sick fuck.

Too late; these two POS already did that themselves.

The landlord probably has to be some kind of closet case who has to hide his activity. Or he’s just a cheap lowlife who can’t afford a motel to get busy in.

These actions by the landlord can cause our LGBT community to be profiled as sexual sneaks! Why would the landlord use his straight tenants apartment to have sex with anyone when he could use his own dwelling……unless he was cheating.

The landlord speaks for himself… what he did and where he did it ruined this couple’s sense of security and a few of their memories. I don’t see the need to make this about the LGBT community as if WE’RE where the sympathy should go. None of us will be affected or harmed by this lowlife having sex in a tenant’s apartment… settle down, victims.

@Alistair Wiseman:
True. I was giving the benefit of the doubt by not labeling these men, but whatever their orientation, they’ve certainly caused damage to our community. It is encouraging to see that the newlyweds did not make any disparaging remarks. Perhaps they’re enlightened enough to not paint the gay community with a broad brush.

Fortunately I think most people are finally realizing the acts of one or two people shouldn’t condemn an entire community. If that were the case, you could paint ALL priests as pedophiles, all conservative Christians as adulterers and all black people as good dancers.
