The Adam Shankman + Miley Cyrus Collaboration Is Nearly Upon Us

You might have heard about The Last Song, the latest flick from homogay super-producer (and newest permanent So You Think You Can Dance judge) Adam Shankman, back in June when he posed “proactively” with a then 16-year-old Miley Cyrus (who turns 17 today!), star of the teenage-family film. It was a minor PR nightmare that arrived on the heels of Nigel Lythgoe making fun of those two male dancers, but was quickly extinguished. Well editors have finally cut enough footage to put together a trailer, and while the film doesn’t arrive until April 2 of next year, it’s lovely reminder that one of Hollywood’s most influential gays is forcing The Miley down our throats.

This doesn’t look nearly as good as the other movie based on a Nicholas Sparks book, Dear John. It comes out in February and has Channing Tatum as the lead male.

Goddamn, I don’t know how they’re making those Hemsworth boys, but I hope they make enough of them to go around.

I love the typo…really hammers the point home that one would have to make an effort to pose with Miley….

Andrew W – I just googled chris hemsworth as I recall my sister mentioning his little brother was in a movie.

    I agree with you.

Wonder if they have a stash of hemsworth boys around somewhere.
