If nerds had bodies like the guys in the video then they wouldn’t be nerds. It would have been a better video and made a statement if the guys cast were actual nerds with thin or pudgy bodies.

@ChadNYC: No they’d be geeks. Geeks are different than nerds. Geeks and nerds have a tendency of not getting a long cuz nerds have non functioning social skills. And I agree these boys are more than likely just rocking geek chic which is a smack in the face to all the real sexy nerds out there….excuse me as I daydream about one.

Gay Pimp is a guilty pleasure of mine. I’m not saying his videos are good – nor are his songs – but his, erm, passion, for his, erm, subjects, makes him and his work somewhat endearing.
I’m only saddened that the Gay Pimp has gone a little bear/cubish over the years. Before you flame, just know I understand that’s a big plus for some of you readers… but me, I liked the Pimp that straddled the “fine” line between jock, twink, and nerd.
Still, love seeing a new entry from the guy. Thought his enthusiasm had faded for a bit there.

Some of the buffest guys I know are totally awkward D&D-playing, Annals of Science-reading nerds, they’re just not the same dudes that are at the dance club all the time. In fact, I’d wager that it’s the same sort of antisocial, self-consciousness that leads someone to the fluorescent lights of the gym as it does to the internet avatar.
