The Hidden Camera’s frontman Joel Gibb prides himself on dabbling in new artistic mediums. So it should come as no surprise that he recently directed a five-minute video for his band’s song “Do I Belong” in JUST ONE CONTINUOUS TAKE. It features shirtless men, gay harassment, angry drag queens, and even a latex-clad gimp. Plus Pet Shop Boys recently remixed a track from THC’s newest album (which you can hear here)—so does that mean The Hidden Cameras have finally achieved full-blown gay pop fame?

Why is it the people who want to be naked are the ones nobody wants to see???….

Gibb has been out and proud since the HC’s incredible first record, at least five or six years ago. Why does Queerty finally find him worthy of “full-blown gay pop fame”? Nobody deserves that accolade unless the Pet Shop Boys are involved?
