The failed Valentine’s Day hockey proposal, it turns out, was just a hoax. Hilarious, but fake. They got you good, didn’t they? But this proposal — made via YouTube! — from New Yorker Mikey Rox to partner Earl is the real deal. OKAY, BUT HOW DID HE ANSWER?
With a yes, thank goodness.
In an answer posted, appropriately, to Facebook.
Even better: Rox, a contributor to the budget finance website Lifestyler, included “proposing via YouTube” as one of five ways to economically propose to your partner.
Congratulations, gentlemen.
