It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the deal between Thom Browne and Brooks Brothers. Oh, right, it was.
Well, we’ve just been flipping through pictures from his Spring collection presented here in New York and, we must admit, we’re a little bewildered. There are a few clever and sexy plays on the tradition school boy, but we can’t get ever his use of…what the fuck is that? Mosquito netting? We’re not even sure what to call it. A joke, perhaps?

I said it yesterday – who ever said Thom Bowne was hip? His clothes are hideous. And they are obnoxiously overpriced for what they are. You may as well buy Perry Ellis – its almost as disgusting, but a lot cheaper.
