Right-wing bottle blond provocateur Tomi Lahren has lashed out at the queer community, claiming that the undermines masculinity and marriage.
Lahren, no stranger to attacks on LGBTQ people, condemned the community as part of a broader attack on “the left” for attacking masculinity.
“I just don’t get this ongoing and continual assault on masculinity by the Left,” Lahren tweeted. “You can be a proud part of the LGBT community and movement without attacking traditional men and marriage at every turn.”

The attack netted Lahren immediate backlash, with fellow Twitter users wondering what had even prompted it in the first place. Other users noted the difference between masculinity and toxic masculinity–social norms that drive men to attack others out of a need for validation.

Lahren has become something of a joke in the political world. A staunch supporter of Donald Trump, Lahren earlier this year attacked activist adult film star Stormy Daniels on Twitter. So since the “aim” of feminism is gender equality and the “aim” of feminized homosexuality is to be able to live THEIR lives without being assaulted, harassed or dismissed, it seems that what you’re reeeeeally saying is that YOUR version of masculinity is VERY fragile and cannot exist if women and femme men earn equal salaries and are respected as all humans should be. I personally know a lot of masculine men that can chop down trees, build a fire and do all the “butch” things whether or not a feminist speaks her mind or I do it in heels. You have to turn them off in whatever mail program you use. Queerty can’t do this, you have to. Go to Outlook or Mail or whatever you’re using, open up the preferences, and turn off notifications. Or even just unsubscribe to their mailing list in the emails you receive. You should be fine. You’ll just have to remember to visit the site periodically.

Toxic femininity would actually more likely refer to forcing men and women to live up to ridiculous female stereotypes like 4” heels daily and full face make up and doing your housework as a stay-at-home in full dress and pearls. Unless the bullying is for not having the right manicure or wax, it’s not really toxic femininity. Being able to defend yourself isn’t toxic and run of the mill hazing, whether done by men or women, still falls under the rituals perpetuated on and integrated into society hroughout history by toxic males who taught others to also hate anything they considered less than stereotypically masculine.
