Lambda has already laid the groundwork for a noontime press conference at Ed Gould Plaza and a 7pm “community gathering” at the intersection of San Vicente and Santa Monica Boulevards in West Hollywood, an appropriate location…

We are hopeful, given the fact that the case was tried exactly as we planned and the justices’ attention and legal questions were as sharp as ever.
Still, there were only two justices who were clearly in our favor by the nature of our questions. It could go either way.
