Philip Markoff, the Boston University med student dubbed the “Craigslist Killer” after meeting and slaying women he met on the Internet, killed himself in prison today after slitting his wrists and tying something around his neck during the night. Markoff, who Davey Wavey once ogled, also communicated online with transexuals though it’s unknown if any were victimized.
