No. 7 is particularly irritating, however — naturally they’ve got their hands out to “borrow” money from the World Bank for something as basic as water, but no doubt they’d get offended if there were conditions put on it such as, don’t torture and kill your gay people.

They should get no money while promoting bigotry, the government of Uganda should have no input into the distribution of wealth or development of infrastructure for the people of the nation, they are not capable of managing any amount of money, they are corrupt and worthless and deserve no part in an improved lot for the people.
