Fleeing the country in violation of a court order probably doesn’t help your case.

It’s Lisa that’s on the lam, not Janet, which your (again) faulty headline fails to get right. These things (such as facts) are important in a story.

@edgyguy1426: Actually, the headline was correct. It said that Janet would have custody of the daughter if/when she returns. The ‘she’ in the headline is the daughter, not Lisa.
