Vomit Teacher’s Classes Back In Session

After high school teacher Jerry Buell told Facebook that the “sin[ful]” “cesspool” of marriage equality made him “almost throw up,” his school district suspended him and the ACLU and Liberty Counsel lined up at his defense. But despite worries that his disfavor for gay marriage might affect his teaching, Superintendent Susan Moxley found that Buell did not violate the code of conduct. He will return to teach on Thursday and he will stop using Facebook at his wife’s request. Moxley also issued Buell a list of directives that will become a matter of public record in 10 days.
