Looking at Mr. Killough’s site though, we seriously question whether the guy can cough up the cash. But such proof really is priceless, isn’t it?

Well, that sort of comment – what you just posted – would sure convince me to have the money in escrow first! It made it sound like you put out the offer and figured the money will come in just in time to pay off, if by some fluke that is necessary.
If I were running Gucci, I wouldn’t touch your site with a 10 foot pole no matter how many sites linked to it – Gucci markets to high class people, and high class people don’t go around putting out crass offers like your site apparently did.
