WATCH: Abercrombie & Fitch Models Cover “Call Me Maybe”

Oh you can bitch all you want about the deluge of inane “Call Me Maybe” lipsych videos but we defy you not to smile at these chiseled retail Adonises.

Apparently, Abercrombie & Fitch put Carly Rae’s ‘infectious pop hit on one of its compilations back in 2011, so it can sort of lay claim to discovering her. In celebration of the song’s popularity A&F asked guys from flagship stores around to film themselves having fun with the song—and this is what they sent back.

Ugh, now we can’t hate them like we used to.

Wow, that 3.16 mins of my life I will never get back. Talented guy, if abs and perky nipples is considered a talent. I wonder what the career path for these guys is once they turn 28?

  • serge

    A&F?!!??!! what year is it???

I thought that company went out of business

  • Chadboy

stupid. tired of all these shirtless no talents lip synching songs. you’ve seen one then you’ve seen them all.

  • Jordan

I personally like all the renditions of this, including this one. It’s just people having fun. I enjoy seeing people happy. I wish other people did too.

  • J Stratford

I like the London models better than the Paris or NYC

  • R L Pete Housman

Just “Straight” boys having fun… attract the “G’s”. And the myth plays on.

  • sammy

    this company is actually very anti gay and *r a c i s t*

  • Sansacro

just reinforces that most str8 white guys can’t dance. Cute.

  • Gus

    WEHO Queens did it better.

  • FunMe

    A&F … how unoriginal! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn.

  • Bob

Nothing funnier than a bunch of pretty boys who can’t dance let alone walk down the street to the beat.

  • JKB

At first, I was annoyed with this display, but then I considered that this may be an advertising gimmick that the models were asked to do. It’s an enjoyable song, so they must have had fun doing it. And although they finally have some models of color, I am not sure that even this will get me to shop there.

  • JayKay

Huh. 12 comments on an article relating to A&F and only two leftists whining about imaginary r?cism?

The diversity pimps are slacking today.

  • acid

all the time these boys spend at the gym and i only counted 1 comfortable enough in his body to be able to dance. they’re like little kids wearing oversized suits

  • Aaron in Honolulu

I’m the only gay in my village who doesn’t like this song. It’s pure cheese. Like a Hallmark Channel movie night special.

  • ChykolateDrop

@JayKay: Ha! Are you still alive? Surely I thought you would have been a murder victim by now. I guess you only talk chit over the internet. Oh well, best wishes.

  • IzzyLuna

    Awe yeah. Very sexy.

  • Joh

@ChykolateDrop: If you call that living.

  • jack

Awesome beauty! And Jefferson wrote that all men are created equal. Boy was he wrong.

  • jason

The cynical use of straight guys to appeal to the appearance fascism of gay guys – my, what a wonderful paradigm for gay rights progress…not.

  • brandon

these guys are under contract to do whatever a&f tells them to do. this whole thread reeks of jealousy haha. just watch the video, put a smile on your face and stop being so judgmental. damn.

  • Rockery

The guys are hot the song is good and this is one of the better lip synched ones (on some other videos they don’t even know the words) but I wish we could get a group of hot guys who know the words
