There’s a lot that can be said of Alexis Arquette’s colorful personality, from memorable film performances to her larger-than-life club persona. But perhaps the most defining impression of Alexis is surfacing in the outpouring of love from those who knew her, confidants and acquaintances alike.
The Hollywood Reporter posted a worthwhile look into Alexis’ final days, including this video tribute from one of her closest friends, fellow drag performer Sham Ibrahim.
In the video, Alexis waxes poetic on life, death and the eternal unknowing. It’s a touching sendoff, accompanied by an instrumental version of David Bowie’s “Starman,” the song Alexis gave express instruction to be played at the time of her passing.

How about we take this to the next level?
