Where to watch Aretha Franklin’s funeral

Aretha Franklin’s funeral will take place on Friday, August 31, and fans are invited to take part in honoring the music legend by watching on television or a live webstream.

The Detroit Free Press reports that HLN and the Word Network will air the ceremony, which will include musical sendoffs, in its entirety.

Online, the Associated Press will stream the service, which you can watch on Freep.com.

So far, performances are expected from artists including Stevie Wonder, Faith Hill, Ariana Grande and Chaka Khan.

The ceremony is expected to run five hours, beginning at 10 a.m. Eastern.
