Calvin Klein is airing its first Super Bowl commercial this Sunday—and it’s for men’s underwear.
Thank God we’ll have something to watch before the Destiny’s Child reunion at half-time. (Fingers crossed!)
Running at the end of the first quarter, the 30-second spot will introduce Calvin Klein Concept, a new underwear line boasting “360-degree seamless technology.” (Yeah, we don’t know what that means either.) We do know that model Matthew Terry will be featured in a “modern ‘man-versus-machine'” fantasy sequence. Um, yeah.
If you miss it Sunday, the ad will air on CBS and ESPN, and via social media.
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.

Nice bod, but I told the youth in my family that all people who wear CK underwear don’t look like that…just like all people who drink beer don’t look anything like the Budwieser party scenes.
