Carl Nassib had a big night at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas Monday night.
Not only did the 28-year-old defensive end become the first openly gay player in a regular-season NFL game. He also helped his Las Vegas Raiders team secure the win.
Nassib forced a fumble during overtime. Quarterback David Car then tossed a 31-yard touchdown, winning the game for the Raiders, 33-27.
“Lot of firsts today,” Nassib said at the post-game press conference. “No one blinked. It was awesome. It was a great team win, for sure.”

He did great….But, Catholic and Republican???…changing sports…2 strikes… If he can instill some change (along with playing great), then maybe he’ll get a hit and not strike out. With those 2 mountains, He’ll probably get walked and hopefully not hit just to get on first.

I despise Trump not only because he’s anti-gay but for several other reasons too. He’s truly a mental case to the point that he can hardly be labeled any of those things he actually is (egocentric, narcissistic, sociopathic, psychotic) because when a person is out and out CRAZY, we don’t add lesser mental illnesses to the big picture. The man is truly the closest thing we’ve seen to the actual Anti-Christ, and that includes Hitler. And yes, Nassib is a Trump supporter. I’m a big supporter of gay rights and the gay community (monetarily too) and the fact that Nassib is a Trump supporter just about cancels his effectiveness out in my opinion.
