San Diego Comic-Con is officially here and starts off strong with the online release of a new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which was slated to be shown on Friday at annual convention.
The film stars Andrew Garfield, reprising his role of the web crawler (who last week asked why Spider-Man couldn’t have been gay), and Jamie Foxx as the villainous Electro shown in the trailer above.
In the sequel to last year’s smash The Amazing Spider-Man, Peter Parker (Garfield) is working on balancing school and crime-fighting, while spending time with his lady pal, Gwen (Emma Stone). Things get more complicated when Electro (Foxx) emerges, and his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), comes back into his life.

And the gay twist on this is . . . ? Oh I know, Queety is getting paid for every hit the trailer gets through this sight.

Not every post has to be “gay”.

Spike would not be happy if he wasn’t bitching about something, or someone, or something or someone…
Who the F*CK cares if its gay or straight “news”? If it interests you click on it and read -if not-don’t. What is so hard about that?

“Who cares if there’s gay news” on a gay website? Well, I do… and apparently I’m not alone.

@Spike: As mentioned IN THE ARTICLE, the star of this movie has been bringing up equality rights and why not have an icon like Spider-Man have a gay subplot. It brings interest to Mr. Garfield as well as the film.
But my interest diminished with this clip… actually, BEFORE the clip. This movie sounds like a trainwreck. A million villains, not one of them sounds interesting and the last one wasn’t anywhere near as good as any entry in the previous franchise anyway.

Electro was white.
