Teen sweethearts Arin Andrews and Katie Hill felt a spark when they met at a support group for trans teens, as Arin was transitioning to male and Katie to female.
The rest was adorable, tear-jerking, heartwarming history.

Wait, it gets even sweeter: both teens’ families are as supportive as can be. After rocky childhoods in which they knew something was wrong, they both figured out what they were. Arin’s mom helps with T shots and Katie’s marine dad calls her his daughter.
