IN LIVING COLOR

WATCH: The Skinny, Queer Films Of Color Hit The Screen At Fusion Film Festival

Sponsored by OutFest, Fusion: The LGBT People of Color Film Festival wrapped up in L.A. on March 24, and NoMoreDownLow.TV was there to spotlight films like Stud Life, Slow and Promise Me a Lie, which producer/actor Shaka Walker describes as “a story between someone who’s openly gay and someone who’s on the down low.”

NoMoreDownLow’s cameras also caught up with Noah’s Arc  director Patrik-Ian Polk, who was screening his latest effort, The Skinny. The film—about five college classmates reuniting a year after graduation at gay Pride weekend in New York—is being released theatrically April 6 in Washington D.C.
