If you’re a big fan of the hit Showtime Original Series Shameless, you’re probably excited to find out what’s in store for your favorite couple, Ian Gallagher and Mickey Milkovich (#Gallavich), this season.
Oscar-nominated William H. Macy and Emmy Rossum star in this fiercely engaging and fearlessly twisted series. Chicagoan Frank Gallagher is the proud single dad of six smart, industrious, independent kids, who without him would be… perhaps better off. When Frank’s not at the bar spending what little money they have, he’s passed out on the floor. But the kids have found ways to grow up in spite of him. They may not be like any family you know, but they make no apologies for being exactly who they are. Shameless airs Sunday nights on Showtime.

Without a doubt, my favorite Gallavich moment was in the episode where Mickey gets out of juvie and catches Ian and another JROTC guy under the bleachers at school. After chasing the other guy off, Mickey looks at Ian and asks him if he “has any f#$% left in him” and then drops trou for Ian.
braullio089
I’d have to say my favorite Gallavich moment is the end of season 4. When Micky tells the Gallagher clan that they’re going to help Ian with his Bipolar disorder because they’re family. You could tell how much Micky loves Ian and how much he’s let his gaurd down. It was so real and emotional. I made love to my bf that night.
tacotantays
My favorite moment was when Mickey made the choice to kiss Ian after he swore he never would. It was the first big big step that Mickey tool for them and to get them where they are now!
Low Country Boy
Just a little clarification of my comment: I chose that scene because I think it showed Mickey was jealous, which was the first real crack in his guarded veneer and hinted at things to come.
Atlas Deen
My fave #Gallavich moment is all the way in season one when (the original) Mandy and Ian are sitting on the couch playing video games and Mickey budges his way in to sit next to Ian and snatches the controller from him so that he can play & Mickey is sitting so close to Ian and their legs are just touching and Ian has this big cheesy grin on his face! My Ian & Mickey ship began right there!
Justen
My favourite #Gallavich moment so far is at the start of season 5 with Ian holding Mickey’s baby, Mickey dressed up for work, and Ian grabs Mickey’s tie and pulls him in for a kiss. Shows how close they’ve become, how they now depend on each other, and how they’ve each changed in ways for the other.
gallishger
My favorite Gallavich moment is Mickey’s coming out in season 4. The way he look at Ian, the way Ian look back at him when he said those words, the breeze of freedom in the air and then this huge fight, where for the first time, they publicly team-up, they show everyone that, that’s how it is not matter what shit they can put them through, they are together.
bethany6788
My favorite Gallavich moment is when Mickey tracks down Ian to the club and takes him home before an older man can take advantage of him. That’s really important to their relationship – the lengths that Mickey is willing to go to protect Ian. I felt that scene where he picks Ian up and carries him to the car cemented the love that Mickey feels for Ian. Definitely my favorite Gallavich moment (and one of my favorite scenes from the entire series!)
alec white
I first watched Ian and Mickey characters on the U.K. Shameless show and honestly, the US version is much more romantic! The #Gallavich moment I’m always going to youtube to rewatch over and over is the moment at the end of the third season, when Ian is visiting Mandy because he is getting ready to leave to join the Army and he tells Mickey that he is leaving and Mick tries to act all tough and tells him that he isn’t going to chase after Ian “like a little bitch!” and when Ian turns to leave Mickey says “Don’t..just..” and his all sad but can’t bring himself to do anything & GAH! The feels from the moment are so real. That solidified the #Gallavich love for sure! Then Mandy berates him for being “pussy!” Such a perfect moment.
AzzleDazzle
I have to say my favorite moment is way back in season 1, when Ian is freaking out and the first thing he does is run to Mickey and tell him he needs him. With hardly a hesitation (he looks more considering than hesitant), Mickey says okay, he’ll meet him up at the store soon. It’s the first time, in my opinion, you really see Mickey actually care about Ian. He sees him freaking out and immediately thinks how he can help.
VonBon
The #Gallavich moment that I think is the best (having to choose ONE is incredibly criminal!) simply because it was so sweet, but simple, was last season when Ian and Mickey were at some guys house after leaving a club and Mickey wakes up and he watches Ian for a moment before a guys asks him if they are boyfriends and at first Mickey is annoyed, but then he says yes and it was just so wonderful! He finally admitted it! Next, who will FINALLY say “I love you” !!?
ImpossibleAmy
My favourite #Gallavich moment is at the beginning of season 5, when Ian is holding the baby and he pulls Mickey in by his tie to give him a kiss on the cheek. I think this shows, that their relationship has really moved on from just angry sex and denial in the beginning, but it shows a sense of familiarity and comfort around each other. I’ll watch this scene over and over again and grin like a madman ^^ ?
mieshon
The best Ian and Mickey,or Gallavich, moment occurred in episode 7 of season four entitled “A Jailbird, Invalid, Martyr, Cutter, Retard and Parasitic Twin”. Mickey brings Ian home from the club and is staring at him with such a loving look in his eyes. It’s such an underrated moment but so powerful.
ardenblue
@VonBon: lol YES! #Gallavich FINALLY saying I LOVE YOU needs to happen!
ardenblue
@mieshon: That moment broke my heart! loved it. And Svetlana is just standing there staring daggers…
ardenblue
My favorite #Gallavich moment is during the Mickey’s wedding to Svet and when Ian confronts him in the basement and they FINALLY full on kiss and it was so great! But then it was of course ruined by Mickey going through with the wedding… but still. That moment will go down in #Gallavich history!
j_walk89
I love the kiss in the dance club. Beautiful and freeing.
theotherheather
#Gallavich moment that I love, though I love pretty much all of them, but the one that was both funny and sweet and highlighted the dynamic between Ian and Mickey was def in season 4 when Ian tells Mickey to blow him, whenever he wants, to prove that he cares for him and Mickey obliges! It was really hilarious and hot.
theotherheather
@ardenblue: Yeah, I can’t believe it actually hasn’t happened yet! Def needs to, asap! But with Ian cheating on Mickey nonstop this season, who knows what is going to end up happening….
devotchkx
My favourite moment was their kiss in the club from season 4. It was an insanely powerful moment, especially after Mickey realizes that they don’t have to hide this time. With most of the couples, you kind of go through the stages of first dates, first kisses, first sex, and getting to know each other in general, but these two skipped all of that and jumped straight to the angry-denial-sex stage. Watching them slowly grow onto each other, explore, getting comfortable, and actually fall in love throughout the seasons was an amazing journey and I absolutely adore how they moved on in comparison with their relationship in the first episodes.
jessicab
My favourite #Gallavich moment would have to be when Ian is holding a knife to Kenyatta’s neck and Mickey speaks so calmly to Ian to try and calm him down. It such a great moment between them because it shows how Mickey can calm Ian down and you also see a side of Mickey you haven’t seen much of. Love love love #gallavich !!
paulacuesta12
Definitely my favourite moment of them is, after Mickey came out, he tells Ian that it doesn’t mean that he’s gonna wear dresses or something like that, and Ian answers that he has a really nice legs, and then both of them laugh and Ian kisses Mickey. That’s awesome. Also, I love the kiss in the club, it’ something that I had been waiting for so long. And, also I love the scene in Mickey’s bed in “Milk of the gods” of season 5.
californiablur
My favorite scene for Gallavich so far is when Ian took Mickey to the party after they spent the night at the club. Then the next morning the guy asks if Ian & Mickey met last night or if they are together. And Mickey says “Together.” He is almost afraid to admit it and then the guy just says “You’re a lucky dude” and goes on with his life as normal, even though this was a HUGE thing for Mickey to say. And he realizes that in some places and some ways it is okay to admit that they are together. And that helps him to come out later in the season.
taylorw
My favorite #Gallavich moment is when Mickey comes out as gay and then there is a big brawl in the bar and in the end Ian and Mickey are sitting out side and Ian says “So you really came out huh?” and Mickey says “Doesn’t mean I’m gonna wear a dress or anything.”
Anette
It’s so hard to pick a number one favorite moment, but I’ll probably have to go with the incredibly liberating kiss in the club. The way Mickey looks around and realizes that they can do this here, that he can do this thing he wants to do so badly and no one will look at them twice, it’s beautiful. The amazing acting on top of it all only makes it better, because everything, every hesitation and realization, is conveyed through facial expressions. When they finally kiss it’s such a long, loving kiss, you can just tell what a long time coming it is and how good it feels to finally being able to do it in a place they’re both safe.
Stache99
This sounds like a good show. I’ll have to watch. It’s also interesting that I’ve never heard any of these commenters and their screen names before. I guess different interests or something. Hmmm..
Stache99
Ha. I see what’s going on. One person is writing most if not all the comments. Either that or mispelling favorite for favourite is a common mistake I wasn’t aware of. Lol
toughguyhuh
My absolute favorite Gallavich moment is in the premiere episode of season 4. When Mickey is in the bathroom and he uses the picture of Ian to try to get off. The act is normal for most people, but not Mickey Milkovich. It’s one of the first times we really get to see Mickey let his guard down. It shows us that he really misses Ian and that he may regret not saying more than “don’t” to Ian in the season 3 finale. Mickey didn’t want Ian to go, but couldn’t let himself “blurt out how he feels.” It’s such a sad moment because you can see the frustration and pain that Mickey is going through over missing his boy. Of course, he’d never admit it, which is what makes that moment of his own quiet misery so powerful. It’s important because we really get to see how Mickey feels. We already know how Ian feels about Mickey, and what he wants out of their relationship; so this moment was really special because we get to see Mickey’s stance on the relationship for once.
ggreen
Favorite moment? Every one of them. When Ian and Mickey are on screen the world stops! Though I have a serious heart on for Joan Cusack’s Shelia.
Pollie87
The #Gallavich moment that is my *favorite* is in season 3 when Ian and Mickey kiss just before Mick’s wedding… It was loaded with feels and just sent my heart beating!
LanaBoy
Asking for my favorite Ian and Mickey scene aka #Gallavich moment is too difficult, BUT if I had to chose I would have to say season one, the first time they had sex because it is simply the beginning of all the crazy and amazing moments between them! I seriously love this show so much!
Tara01
Oh My God! Gallavich!! <3 <3 <3 I so love Mickey and Ian! 🙂
So difficult to pick a favorite moment.
Mickey's coming-out and the fight were pretty epic!
Also the kiss in the gay club after Mickey realized "hey, I can kiss him here and none will blink an eye".
I really hope these 2 stay together for a long long time!!
blakes2010
It’s really hard to pick just one moment, because the story between the two has grown so much over the years.
One of the most stand out moments in my mind is the beginning of season 4 when Ian was away at the army, Mickey went to the bathroom to jerk off to Ian’s picture, then punched it. It just showed he missed him so much.
I love their story line though and I think it helped carry the show in season 4 because it go ta bit iffy with Fiona going to jail/being a skank. Really looking forward to this season! It’s started off great!
tianam
My favorite #Gallavich moment is when Mickey confirms their relationship with the “Of course we are” and “Together.” It shows how much Mickey has grown from extremely closeted to coming out and saying how he truly feels not only to Ian but to himself as well.
AshiaNicole
My favorite #Gallavich moment would have to be their kiss at the club. It was so nice to see Mickey realize that what he was doing wasn’t wrong like he had ben brought up thinking! It was just an awesome moment and a really hot kiss!
man5996853
Although I loved Mickey’s coming out in the bar and the shock and smile on Ian’s face afterward, I think that I’d have to go with Mickey’s insistence that Ian stay with him instead of going to the nut-house and his reason: he’s family. A very beautiful moment in his evolution as a character.
Dawson
I did a bing watching a couple of weeks ago but never had watched the show before because I thought the show was just about a disfunctional family of losers and felt why bother. Than Showtime ran all the seasons and while channel surfing I saw Ian with the gay in the store having sex. From then it was hours and hours of watching and actually it was Mickey that drew me in. For someone not your typical mainstream good looking gay character this man to me is extremely sexy in how he walks, talks and acts. Than I realizing how good of an actor he is. Seriously this man desires an Emmy. Mickey is the heart of the show because we identify with his developement and his acting. But as to my favorite scene it has to be either when he strokes Ians hair while Ian is asleep or when he comes out and looks at Ian and says ‘happy now’. I too watch all Mickey scenes over and over. Not classically handsome but he is sex on a stick. But please let’s not go through the tired gay story line where the gay character eventually has sex with a women. This ends up being the tired story line of Soap and Melrose Place and others. Please writers the majority of gay men don’t run to women when they break up just like most straight men don’t normally run to gay men when they break up. Mickey was forced to get married lets not go down the path again, PLEASE!!!!! If so will Lip end up with a guy later in the show?
Lazycrockett
Favorite moment, is when they beat the shit out of each other.
jwtraveler
I’ve only recently become aware of this show (I don’t have cable). I saw a few clips of Ian and Mickey on Youtube. They are cute together and clearly not typical of gay people one sees on TV. But when I read comments praising Mickey for being a non-stereotyped gay character, my thought was: self-hating gay psychopath is not the opposite of stereotype. There is a lot of room in-between for non-stereotyped gay characters.
brenchiang
This was hard to choose, but my favorite #Gallavich moment has got to be the whole episode of 4×12. From the start, we see Mickey waking up with Ian’s arms around him, and it’s a precious moment where Mickey smiles and takes a few seconds to appreciate Ian in his sleep. In previous episodes, we’ve seen Mickey being woken up and immediately going into defense mode, but when the first thing he sees is Ian’s hand around his, he is completely happy and feeling secure. During the episode, we also see Mickey’s efforts to wake Ian up while Ian is going through the depression side of his bipolar. When Ian yells at him, Mickey realizes that something is very wrong with him and asks for help from the Gallagher family. After learning of Ian’s sickness, he tells Fiona repeatedly that he can take care of Ian and that Ian is staying with him. This is my favorite scene because you can really see the character development in Mickey, and it’s an amazing one. Despite being thrown yet another obstacle, Mickey once again takes it full on and puts all of his faith in their relationship. So, not a happy moment at all, but still an important one in Mickey and Ian’s story.
TheBippi
The crowning #Gallavich moment and my fave, is when they first get caught together in the liquor store freezer room. It’s raw (pardon the pun) and unexpected! The burgeoning relationship between #Gallivich was ill apparent and definitely destined to grow the characters into the future.
couzinit99
My favorite moment is that moment just before they have sex for the first time. Both of them didn’t know about each other but in that moment they just knew and it was so intense and passionate and animalistic you knew they both enjoyed each other even though Mickey didn’t acknowledge it. And to see that relationship, and all its hardships, grow is amazing and I can’t wait to see what they do this season!
redcarpet30
Best moment? End of season 4 and Ian is having (still not clear but probably) a bipolar depressive episode and Mickey says “We’re taking care of him here. You, me, us. He’s f**king family.”
onthemark
Let’s not get carried away. Although I like the show and think it’s funny and addictive, Mickey & Ian are only “adorable” together. Separately they are BOTH psychopaths and pretty horrible excuses for human beings. But I guess it’s nice that their relationship is presented as literally the only positive thing about either of them!
@jwtraveler: Good call. It’s important to keep in mind that both Mickey and Ian are very fucked up. (Ian joined the Army using his older brother’s name, and went AWOL when he got bored, but not before destroying a helicopter or something like that.)
@Dawson: Too late since Mickey is STILL married to a woman, with whom he has fathered a kid already.
@Stache99: (shhhh, you’re onto them!)
DarkAngel86
My favorite Gallavich moment is: “Don’t!”
lookinggroff
My favourite #Gallavich moment is definitely when Ian meets Mickey just before his wedding in season 3. I think that this is a very powerful scene & we can feel that they need each other more than ever !
HotSummerDays
Favorite #Gallavich moment ; back in season one, when Ian runs to Mickey’s house because he’s distressed and says ‘I don’t know where else to go.’ Mickey was obviously busy, and they had only had sex twice at that point, but he immediately softens and meets Ian at his work to cheer him up (aka have sex).
That’s when you really see they care about each other for the first time, and it’s the beginning of a long and difficult but passionate relationship !
cknopick1
The coming out scene in episode 11 of season 4 has to be my favorite Gallavich scene. The resolve in Mickey when he decides to come out that you can see in his eyes is just amazing and he fearlessly does what he’s been so scared to do all this time. He finally decides he cares about Ian so much that he’d risk the wrath of his terrible father to be with him and be in the open with him. The scene where he yelled at his dad is amazing too because he admits out in the open to this terrible person in his life who he is and who he is going to be. I love Mickey and this scene shows a lot of his development and just how much he really cares about Ian and what they have. It’s an amazing story.
TampaBayTed
My favorite Gallavich moment will be when Mickey persuades Ian to go get treatment and medication for his bi-polar disorder and takes him to the clinic. Now that is love.
Teddy1974
My favourite #Gallavich moment was early on when Ian ended up spending the night at Mickey’s place after he and Mickey got together. Mickey’s father walked in on them in bed together and Ian woke up more panicked than Mickey. Mickey’s dad just assumed they were lazily sleeping in and yelled at them to get up, no clue they had most likely consummated their budding relationship that night. That was the true concrete start of #Gallavich for me. Mickey’s sister knew and blessed their union, and the two lads were off and running.
Ogre Magi
@Low Country Boy: That was disturbing .Mickey Milkovich is a damned psycho
alyssaivory
“Ian what you and I have, makes me free…” Enough said
haleybabe94
My favorite #gallavich moment is my Mickey kisses Ian at the club its the first time he is so open about his relationship with Ian and it shows such character development for Mickey and just makes me love them even more!!!
melissam
My favorite #Gallavich moment is definitely the scene where Ian asks Mickey if they’re a couple and he accepts the fact that they are. I love the connection between the two in this moment and the fact that Mickey’s insecurities about his sexuality partly faded away, so he was able to accept this.
viochiyuu
Okay, it’s so hard to pick just one moment. A lot of my favorite Gallavich moments are from season 4, especially 4×11 was a great episode for them. Buuuut if I had to pick one, I might go back to a scene in season 1, when Ian visits Mickey in juvie. Ian tells him “I miss you” and Mickey says “Say that again I’ma rip your tongue outta your head.” And then Ian smiles at him, and Mickey looks away with the tiniest little smile, trying to hide it. That part just gets me every time, it’s so cute. That was the moment where I really started to love them, so I pick that as my favorite moment!
Carpathias
My fave #Gallavich moment is when Ian is holding the baby and he pulls Mickey in by his tie to give him a kiss on the cheek. Too cute!
renorris
My favorite moment was when Mickey FINALLY told his dad that he and Ian were in love. Granted, he was abused in return, it was still a great moment to see a tough guy give into his emotions. #Gallavich
RoiBoi99
My favorite moment of #Gallavich is when Ian tells Mickey that he is going to the Army and asks him if he wants him to stay and Mickey says stay, but Ian leaves anyway. I love this moment because it is the first time that you see Mickey show emotion towards Ian. It is a fleeting moment because he then attacks Ian out of hurt and to try and numb his own pain.
avit123
I think my favorite moment was somewhere in season 3, when Mickey is in the moving van, robbing one of his first houses and Ian gives him a quick peck on the cheek. To me, this symbolized the first admission (on Mickey’s part) of their relationship’s tangibility. This was the first time they could accurately be referred to as ‘Gallavich’
Andyb729
The look that passed between them in the convenience store . That fire and pure passion that passed between them.
zoomlens
For fav scene, I guess I’d go with them waking up together after the big party and the guy asking Mickey if he and Ian had just met or were a couple. Or the kiss during the burglary. Or when Mickey rescues Ian from the bar.
@stache99 Here in American “favorite” is our favorite way of spelling “favorite”. We jettisoned those unnecessary u’s back when we got rid of the King. That said, it does appear that some poor slob is trying to game the system on this posting. Sad what some people will do for a t-shirt and duffel bag.
kts15
My favorite scene had to be after Mickey comes out and Terry has been arrested and Ian makes the affirmation that, yes, he just came out and even though they’re bloody and beaten up, they still find it in themselves to joke and laugh about it, true to the whole nature of their relationship. The little kiss on the head was a nice touch as well ????
magneticdice
My favorite Gallavich moment is the morning scene where Ian tells Mickey he’s just wondering if they’re a couple or not, and Mickey answers of course they are. That one line comment is all the affirmation that I needed to know they were going to be endgame.
max3026
MY FAVORITE 2 SCENES THE FIRST BEING WHEN MICKY WALKED INTO THE LOCAL BAR AND TOLD EVERYONE INSIDE THE BAR INCLUDING HIS FATHER THAT HE WAS GAY EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW THAT HIS FATHER WOULDNT STAND FOR HIS SON BEING GAY HE TOOK HIS CHANCES AND THE OUT COME BEING HIS FATHER WENT CRAZY AND STARTEF FIGHTING MICKY AFTER HIS REVELATION AND IAN WAS THEIR WITNESSING THE WHOLE EVENT THE FACT THAT MICKY TOLD EVERYONE HE WAS GAY SHOWED IAN THAT MICKY WAS FINALLY STARTING TO BE LESS AFRAID OF BEING WHO HE TRULY WAS WHICH WAS GAY.
MY SECOND FAVORITE SCENE WAS WHEN MICKY FOUND OUT THAT IAN HIS LOVER HIS BOYFRIEND POSSIBLY HAD BI POLAR DISORDER AN AFTER BEING TOLD THAT IAN MIGHT HAVE TO BE HISPITALIZED HE REALLY SHOWED EVERYONE THAT HE WOULD MAKE SURE THAT IAN WAS SAFE AND PROTECTED AND THAT THEY WOULD GET THROUGH IT TOGETHER AND THAT MICKY WOULD BE THE ONE TO PROTECT IAN EVEN FROM HISSELF.
stargazer60
My favorite is the scene of the morning after the party Ian and Mickey attend. When the guy asks Mickey if he and Ian just met or are they together. Mickey saying together is a HUGE deal since he’s admitting to someone he doesn’t know that he and Ian are a couple.
john
My favorite moment is the morning scene where Ian tells Mickey he’s just wondering if they’re a couple or not,
Mickey answers of course they are !
Mikah
I haven’t watched the show much, but I’m gonna start catching up.Out of the few scenes with them that I did see,I guess my favorite is when Ian’s dad caught them having sex in the store.Of course I know there are plenty of great scenes involving them that I missed.
mitcherz
My favorite #Gallavich moment has to be Mickey’s coming out from season four. He’s the kind of person that you never expect to come out, especially in his neighborhood and with his family. He didn’t want to do it, but he proved his love to Ian by doing so. Definitely one of my favorite moments in the show.
brian
I love the kiss in the dance club too. What a wonderful moment
clq2020
My favorite scene between Mickey and Ian is in season 3. Mickey and the other Milkovich clan are robbing Dr. Lishman’s house. On their way into the house, Mickey turns around and gives Ian a peck on the lips expressing to Ian that he’s not afraid to kiss him. Oh yeah, and then Mickey points his middle finder at Ian. This whole scene and the kiss are inspired by a previous scene in which Ian tells Mickey that the Dr. isn’t afraid to kiss him and buys him stuff.
luieeeee91
My favorite #Gallavich scene? Hands down in Season 4 Episode 9, When Mickey is waiting outside the club where Ian works to ask him for cash because his wife blackmails him. After an older guy propositions them for sex, he realizes he can con the older men out of cash by blackmailing them by telling their spouses. He then tells Ian to skip work and tell his boss he’s sick, saying “Tell your boss you’re going home sick; yeah whatever, tell him you got AIDS.” Makes me cackle every single time.
Low Country Boy
@max3026: WHY ARE YOU YELLING???
Low Country Boy
@Ogre Magi: @onthemark said it best: “Let’s not get carried away. Although I like the show and think it’s funny and addictive, Mickey & Ian are only “adorable” together. Separately they are BOTH psychopaths and pretty horrible excuses for human beings. But I guess it’s nice that their relationship is presented as literally the only positive thing about either of them!”
onthemark
@Low Country Boy: Thanks!
I guess my favorite/favourite #Gallavich moment WILL be when someone beats Mickey into a coma. (Naw, even I don’t want him killed off.) After he wakes up and is recovering, Ian will look real cute wheeling him around, feeding him baby food, & ordering his little brothers to steal better wheelchairs (hey, one of them has experience with that already).
Low Country Boy
@onthemark: You are very welcome!
andrianita
My favorite #GALLAVICH scene is the history of eternity has to be when Mickey catches some old guy trying to take a drugged up Ian home, and he tells him off for being a disgusting perv and ends up also taking money from him. This is my absolute favorite scene because as Mickey is picking up the guys money, he sees that Ian is passed out on the ice and he does this heartbreaking sigh and he’s like, “Dammit Ian.” And ends up picking him up and carrying him over his shoulder. It’s so funny because Cameron Monaghan’s legs are literally the size of Noel Fisher’s entire body. Love that scene cause it really shows that Mickey might be interested in a serious one-on-one relationship with Ian, and thats really heartwarming 🙂
Lydia
My fave #Gallavich scene was when Ian came scared and panicked to Mickey’s door saying that he didn’t know where else to go (Season 1). This is most likely the first time Mickey has opened up to anyone, so it’s a precious moment overall! I love all Ian and Mickey scenes though!!
Carolinehc
My favorite moments are when Ian and Mickey are wrestling. The scenes are quick, but its so cute seeing the parallel from season one, when they werent a couple. I love when Shameless throws in those little moments, because is really amazing seeing the progress that they have made together. Cant wait for more Gallavich moments. 🙂
8ritney
This is really hard bc even though I just started watching shameless, I lovvvvvve Ian and Mickey. I like when they have the long kiss because it was unexpected and cute. And the whole thing overall was pretty with the lights.
Steve
When Mickey came out, but whenever Ian is rock bottom depressed and Mickey looks on… that’s engaging too.
kristopher-barrr
My favorite #Gallavich scene is when Ian visits mickey in jail. You can tell Mickey is happy Ian visited him. Also, when Ian puts his hand on the glass and Mickey tells him to take it off, that was when I knew I was gonna love the both of them. When Ian smiled and Mickey tried to hide his smile was my favorite too!
elena_elise
My favorite Gallavich moment is when they have their really long kiss. It was long awaited especially after the long break
beldots
when ian faints after the bar and mickey carries him over his shoulder because u can tell mickey really loves him by the way he looks at him and says his name. he forgets all about the older man and the money and goes straight for ian as soon as he sees him on the ground. after when mickey stared at ian sleeping was a beautiful moment too because even though hes tearing up he is happy and cant believe ian is finally there with him.
chasingdreams
Hands down, my favorite Gallavich moment is definitely seeing Ian and Mickey getting into a routine in the first episode of season 5. I mean, come on. Seeing them happy is worth all the terrible scenes theyve had before. I know this season won’t be an all too happy one, but that moment was so cute. An added touch was the family environment between Ian, Mickey, Svetlana, and Nika. +Yevgeny. So cute!!!
katyholland
A favorite #gallavich moment is for sure when Ian is holding a knife to Kenyatta’s throat and Mickey stops him. I dont think anyone would be able to stop him except Mickey. With Mickey there, Ian was able to snap out of his outbreak and actually realize what was happening. I also really loved how Mickey immediately became gentle with Ian. Probably the one of the very few people that Mickey would care for and be sensitive with.
indilee
I love when Mickey goes into the van and kisses Ian, then flips him off. It’s after Ian says, “He isn’t afraid to kiss me” and I absolutely love how Mickey reacted to Ian challenging him. Ian’s heart eyes and big smile also helped to appreciate the scene more. You can’t NOT like #Gallavich after that.
cptawesome93
My favorite #Gallavich moment is when Mickey first admits that he and Ian are together. This occurs after a waking up the morning after a party that Mickey attended with Ian. Mickey is woken up by another person, and is causally asked what is the relationship between himself and Ian. Mickey hesitates for a second, before admitting that they are together. This to me is my favorite #Gallavich moment because Mickey for the first time accepts and tells a person that Ian and himself are together. This also means is the first time that Mickey accepts that he has feelings for Ian. You can tell from the brief hesitation that he is unsure of what to say. Mickey is probably used to denying any sort of feelings towards another male…. but somehow in the company of other people that share his sexual preference, he is able to admit (timidly) that Ian and himself are together. As he admits it, he soon realizes that there are people that will not judge him negatively for his relationship with this man. This is starting point that eventually leads to Mickey coming out which leads to a stronger relationship with Ian and himself. This moment basically shows the beginning of Mickey coming out and his acceptance of being gay.
Personally this moment has affected myself as well. After watching this (and the whole season 4 in its self) I started to come out to friends and family. It was scary but if Mickey did it with his situation (even though it is fictional), I could do it myself. I am overall a better and happier person because of it. I understand that I probably shouldn’t gather as much inspiration from a fictional character but this tv couple has such a way with things that I genuinely can relate. #Gallvich has shown me to accept who I am and to say ignore all the haters!!!

Welcome to the club. You shouldn’t be concern about what others think. Those who care about you will always have your back. For those who don’t it is better to know now than later and frankly who needs them in your life anyways. You have a whole giant community that will accept you. If people have a problem with who you are we as a community have a problem with those who judge us. Who is anyone to tell any of us who we should be to make them more comfortable? Enjoy yourself and be proud of who you are. Welcome to freedom.
Low Country Boy
So, I am guessing no.

Seriously, holla@queerty, did anyone get anything out of this? Or, was It just a big stunt on your part? If you are genuine and sincere, then you should have posted the winners. Calling BULLSHIT and checking out.
Low Country Boy
At worst, it is fraudulent. Put your money where your mouths (or collective asses are), and post the “random” results.

They announced the winners today apparently…I was notified about a hour ago that I won. 🙂
Low Country Boy
@renorris: Good for you! I just have to laugh that they said winners would be “randomly” drawn on the 19th and they waited almost a week to notify anyone, and then, only after being called out about it. Tacky, and unprofessional.
