I am completely unsurprised by her response. Dolly Parton is probably the single most non-judgmental human being I have ever seen. The fact that she has been judged so harshly early in her career and still
manages to be so accepting and sympathetic towards people just makes me admire her all the more. The world needs more Dolly Parton

The world has obviously dumbed down and become tamer than ever because I don’t consider Miley Cyrus to be “controversial” at all. Nothing she has done has been shocking or newsworthy. A young girl sticks her tongue out and dances slightly provocatively and she becomes headline news across the western world, REALLY ? Did she really deserve all that attention ? She is smart. She got free publicity that pushed her album sales up. WE are the idiots for being so shocked at something so childish and silly.
