The Regulars Comic, from Karl Hampe, is published every Friday on Queerty.
The Regulars Comic is a fun, snarky take on what might happen if a gay, urban attorney burn-out wound up running a coffee bar. It’s an irreverent weekly, web-based look at the silly, sexy, and enraging clash between gay pride and daily prejudice. Visit TheRegularsComic.com for more, and check it out on Facebook.

Meh, the joke in the last panel is kinda funny. But why not just make it a one panel comic then?
Lefty
Do we praise it because it’s gay or tell the truth that it’s shit?
You’d think he would take more care with the artwork seeing as the jokes are always so piss-poor.
I just can’t understand why this is being published on this site. There must be a million better and funnier gay cartoonists who need the publicity. Either some kind of nepotism is involved or it’s remarkably cheap.
Is this cheaper to run than Morning Goods?
And before anyone tells me I don’t have to read it, for some reason Queerty always disguises on the front page the fact that it’s yet another one of these fucking cartoons.

Wrong!
Bears always find a way to get their beauty sleep. The tanning bed is one example. 😉
BTW, Congrats to Queerty on being voted one of the best LGBT blogs by Guide to Online Schools! 🙂

@REBELComx:
You know, it isn’t exactly my taste in humor or art. But I did read several of your cartoons and they are MUCH better than “the regulars” and the artwork is so much more detailed. I mostly appreciate that you know how to make the joke without endless buildup. It isn’t 3 panels of pointlessness followed by a joke, it is just a funny little joke then move on to the next.

Why doesn’t this guy at least do a subject that’s fresh and real? Have a group of thug rappers from Crown Heights, Brooklyn, attacking the coffee shop and these characters trying to fight them off or something by throwing coffee mugs. Then they can still make that stupid little crack at the end, like, “I know I throw like a girl, but I still hit the target” or something.

Hey, if you have a better idea, and a better hand at drawing, all it takes is a piece of paper.
Devon
Hey I actually got this one.
I didn’t laugh…
But I understood it.
That’s an improvement.
