Forty-three-year-old Ron Clouse, “a former commodities broker who lives in Boca Raton,” says he has a good reason for his erratic motorcycle driving behavior in December: His green Yamaha was acting funny, and he was trying to figure out what was wrong with it by accelerating quickly and then braking. The Ft. Lauderdale cop, T.M. O’Neil, who tried pulling him over because of the suspicious driving — and then claims he gave up following Clouse, only to find him again when a citizen happened to ask O’Neil if he was looking for the guy on the green Yamaha — now stands accused of pushing/punching Clouse to the ground, calling him a faggot, and beating him unconscious. Clouse says he’s required two surgeries. The cops say he’s guilty of “felony fleeing from a LEO, driving with a suspended license, and resisting arrest without violence.” The disparities in what happened make it as if Clouse and O’Neil took part in completely separate incidents. i wouldnt believe a thing ron clouse says..me and many others had protective orders against him in the past he is nuts and is probably lying to get some money…think i am kidding he practically tried to kill me and friends..we used to be close..he has burned every bridge in the past and is has horrible mental issues and drug addictions…he used to be in maryland we believe he was in florida to continue harrassment to one of our close friends who had moved to that area..md judiciary case search if u think i am lying…karma is a bitch..good for florida police i believe they had a reason and i believe he is lying!!

Before you judge the police you might want to check Mr Clouses background. Karma is a bitch. Now he knows what PTSD feels like. I suffered for 3years after he attacked me. Not being able to leave my house after the sun went down or hiding knives around the house. As a gay man I would not take these accusations lightly in normal circumstances but everyone needs to look at the source. Do background checks in New Jersey, Pa, and Maryland. Maybe this time justice will prevail and Mr clouse will do some time.

Before I begin, I must state that I am a gay man and a student of psychology. I regret to say this is not the first time Ron has used the judicial system to get his way. I had the unfortunate experience to have met Ron. He suffers for paranoid schizophrenia that is enhanced by the use of drugs and alcohol. When not high or drunk, he suffers for extreme depression which includes suicidal tendencies. When in trouble, like this case, you end up with a true sociopath; his tears and pretending he is a victim is his best defense. I do not believe the Florida Police Department did what he said they did. If all possible check his records in Maryland and New Jersey. These records can be very enlightening as to what kind of person Ron is and his lack of credibility. Ron needs to be placed away for the general public before he really hurts someone or himself. As for the lawyer representing him; “Good Luck!” you got a real criminal mental case on your hands.

This case is not based on past arguments with past friends or hurt lovers. THIS CASE IS BASED ON POLICE BRUTALITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE MAIN ISSUE IS THAT A POLICE OFFICER GIVEN A BADGE DOES NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY TO ANOTHER PERSON.
Very sad to see that people are not looking at the main issue… Police brutality… Look at the history of this police officer. This is not the first time the officer has been question regarding his conduct. The public should be very concern. Who will be next?

So what is the big deal with the MD records. Domestic Violence where he was the plaintiff ie victim and some where he was the defendant, a forclosure, not related, a contract case where he won a claim, all not related to being beat up. Sounds like a scorned lover to me
