The White House will present a ceremony very soon to commemorate the release of the Harvey Milk Stamp.
It will be the first time in USPS history that an openly LGBT official will be commemorated on a stamp.
Stephen Colbert fumed that it’s “a prestigious honor traditionally reserved for our greatest presidents and regional songbirds.” But now the gays are rubbing everyone’s nose in their history. And “nose-rubbing,” he adds, “is very big in the gay Eskimo community.”
You can watch the ceremony live now.

First Class postage is currently 49 cents. What can you mail with 32, a postcard? Apparently, Harvey Milk rates below first class with the Post Office.
