We are sad we missed this Christmas-time announcement from James Dobson! After announcing he’s leaving Focus on the Family in February, we wondered aloud where Dobson would take his hate-filled rhetoric. Now, an answer: His own 30-minute daily radio show called JCDs Family Forum.
Launching March, Dobson says “the program will be much like what you have heard on Focus on the Family for the past 33 years. It will deal with marriage, child-rearing, family finances, medical and psychological concerns, national issues, the sanctity of human life, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.” And the best part? He’s grooming his own son, Ryan Dobson, to one day take over the terror factory; Ryan, the uber-cool! evangelical who already leads something called Kor Kast Radio, will co-host the new show.

Why can’t he just leave?
I find nothing wrong with most mainstream Protestants and progressive Catholics (yes, there are many), but the Dobson ilk is so 30-years ago.
I guess that it would kill him, if he were to outright retire from broadcasting.
It’s time that these geriatrics leave and let the more modern generation take over, before its too late.

Let’s see, I have the choice to follow the “tolerant” (of course, those that are ONLY tolerant to those that agree with their own view of the world) world, or i choose to listen to someone who preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Yeah…tough decision.
