Wentworth Miller Securing New Television Opportunity To Have His Sexuality Whispered About

Have you been missing yourself some Wentworth Miller ever since Prison Break — the Fox series that spent its final three seasons annoying me — went off the air in 2009? In his downtime, Mr. Miller has been seen jogging in paparazzi photos. Seriously, that’s all I know of Wentworth Miller now that he’s not on TV. But here he comes again! He’s set to star in ABC’s pilot Identity, alongside ex-7-Up pitchman Orlando Jones, in a show about “an elite police unit formed to combat the explosion of identity-related crime.” Yeah, sexual identity! See what we did there? See you soon in TV Guide and Entertainment Weekly, where your personal life will be surprisingly off limits.

this “article”, and I use the term very loosely, is needlessly catty.
Is this all that Queerty can do? Talk about an actor’s “weight fluctuations”? I’m going to have to insist that the writer of this article demonstrate to us that his or her own physique is beyond reproach. Or at least justify why they felt that mention of weight was relevant in this context.

Wow queerty – please stop preaching your hyprocracy on bullying when you comment on people’s weight fluctuations. God, I remember when this site used to be relevant and interesting, now it’s like Enquirer trash but less fun and interesting and actually kind of a sad site.

It’s so telling that the old, graying queers who operate Queerty write a piece admonishing Wentworth Miller’s alleged “weight fluctuations” but repeatedly cheer-on a drug addled whore-boy like Davey Wavey?

Don’t expect me to vote for Queerty as best LGBT blog.

If there’s a category for worst LGBT blog, I will definitely vote for Queerty.

Aw C’mon guys! If Perez Hilton’s out of the bullying game, I guess somebody’s got to do it (not!!). Just remember Queerty, karma is a kick in the… well, I’m sure you get the gist.

I guess they edited it out. I don’t see weight fluctuations anywhere.

And Wentworth did get chubby from the last photo I saw, so I’m betting he’s getting a trainer so he can look super-fine for his series.

O.K. if queerty is so terrible and you are not going to vote it best blog (tear) then why do you continue to download it and comment on it? Can’t you see how transparent you are. If you do not like the website leave. The last I read is that this is a free web site. The Talban hasn’t taken over it yet. So are you going to tell me what we can watch on TV next?

I don’t need you or the Republicans to tell me what I can read or watch on TV. If someone finds these articles entertaining why do you feel you have the moral obligation to try to get them removed? Why can’t you let people enjoy themselves and leave it at that!

Glad they removed the weight fluctuation portion. I normally defend Queerty, and will continue to do so, but can we stop with the gay bullying shit sometime soon? Yes, we get it, Wentworth is gay, just like Anderson and a few others that are very public as stars and very private as human beings.

If Wentworth would prefer to keep his private life private, do you really think being a fucking bully is going to help? The only thing that says to me is that you think anyone who is gay must immediately appear on the cover of People magazine announcing it to the world. Leave the guy alone. Unless someone is making derogatory statements about gays or pushing an anti-gay agenda, there’s no reason they should be outed before they are ready, if they are ever ready.

Please, Queerty, give it a rest.

@Tommy Marx: Totally agree – stars don’t owe us anything except good screen/stage work.Their lives are their own to live.

I have a serious crush on Wentworth Miller. And I agree that his last show was lousy once they broke out of jail. Here’s hoping his next show is better.

He seems like a good guy, and I wish him luck with his new series. It must be difficult trying to make it in Hollywood even without without people trying to saboutage your career.

Wentworth Miller looks like a very down to earth guy. I really don’t care if he’s gay or not. I wish him the best.

      @Kitty Litter:

Download what? You just click on the URL. It’s hardly so taxing that it takes seconds out of your life that you could be finishing a Proust novel.

I read racist neo-con websites because I think it’s important to not live in a liberal bubble and understand what the enemy is strategically up to, I learnt to do that when I did English as a 15 year old at school, so why can’t people do the same with Queerty?

If people were actualy buying it and then moaning about it, then I’d get why your gettng your knickers in a twist but they aren’t….

@mindlesschatterer: I know, gays are then only people trying to sabotage the careers of other gays. The right are always pissing themselves with laughter about how pathetic minorities are amongst each other.

That’s why they arrevso powerful and will keep on getting stronger.

@Right Wingers Are Socioptahs (John From England): Dude—a couple points: First off, according to you, you’re not American, you’re British, so why all the anger concerning American politics? In all honesty, that’s a sign of derangement, being obsessed with someone else’s business. Secondly, you really should proofread your rants before posting them. Not only do you come across as angry and deranged, but also not very educated: “I learnt to do that when I did English.” Whoa there, scholar-boy!

Queerty is now the enemy? Oh please do you starve for attention that much John from England? To each their own. Can’t you just leave it at that? Your post says more about you than you I think you can understand. Sad.

@SouthSideShorty: British English and American English have different grammar structures and spelling. I see nothing wrong with what he wrote.

I find it disappointing that U.S. television is making yet another British remake. “Identity” was originally a British TV show. Is Hollywood out of ideas?
