All but dashing our hopes of that rumored Go Go’s reunion, Belinda Carlisle is instead focused on producing a movie about her own life.
Chronicling her ups-and-downs as lead singer of the ultimate 80’s girl band, the drug problems that caused their break-up, and her subsequent solo career, “It will shock many,” Carlisle says. “I’ve lived a full life and really enjoyed my time as a pop star.”
Rumors already circulate that Miss Belinda has picked Jessica Alba for the lead role. As for Jane Wiedlan, we suggest Elijah Wood.
