YES Institute: Helping LGBTQ Youth and Their Families Through Education
The YES Institute conducts community education on gender identity and sexual orientation in order to help LGBTQ youth and their families, and to prevent youth suicide. Every year, our National LGBTQ Task Force Gala--Miami helps support South Florida LGBTQ organizations including the YES Institute.
The YES Institutes each year conducts over 200 community dialogues and courses for a wide variety of parents and students, nurses and medical personnel, school teachers and administrators, counselors and psychologists, business executives, police departments, and other non-profit organizations and human service organizations.
