Drag Race was an amazing experience I am forever grateful for, but afterwards I got lost in a dark place and it took me a while to find my way out, but I did. The hard times broke me down and I had to rebuild who I was, but in some strange way it was the greatest gift. On the other side I am more balanced, aware and stronger. Life's trials define us in ways that we can not know at the time, the darkness has value and it contrasts the light. Take all those things about yourself you are afraid of, or that people and society have made you feel ashamed about and shine a light on them!
