American Idol: Papa Peachez “May Be Gay But That’s OK,” He’s Going To Hollywood

American Idol‘s auditions continued last night when Mimi, Nicki and co. rolled into San Antonio and were greeted by Papa Peachez.

A self-proclaimed “big black woman in a little white boy body,” Peachez sang an original song that made Nicki’s eyes bug out even more than usual.

Though his voice left a lot to be desired, Papa snatched his golden ticket thanks to Nicki’s insistence on his “specialness” and Mariah forgetting to take her meds.

He was the only entertaining one last night, you think by season 65 American Idol would try to promote something different and possibly strange. It shouldn’t always be about who can sing the most generic, the best looking, or the voice.

He seems like a nice guy, and might have some talent, but there was something off about his singing. It seemed like an affected copy of some crooner he was fond of.

The kid is obviously gay, and I wonder how he can stand living in Mississippi. He must have gotten picked on a lot, and probably still does.
