West Hollywood’s gay mayor John Heilman and fellow council member Abbe Land have retained their seats on the City Council, allowing just one challenger (gay architect John D’Amico) into the exclusive club that’s been accused of de-gaying the district in favor of gentrification. Dramatic elections are fun. Gay-ified dramatic elections are a party!
