P-Town is a gay mecca so you have to bring you’re “A” game when headed to the motherland. In this case, “A” stands for ass and lots of it. Anything pretty much goes outfit-wise as long as you douse yourself with glitter.
The only thing on the menu this weekend on Fire Island should be cheesecake. It’s the last official weekend of summer so might as well show off what you’ve been working on. Whether laying out on the beach, twerking at an underwear party, or finding a “friend” in the Meat Rack, the uniform is pretty much the same.
Sun’s out, guns out. Cruise the Jersey Shore boardwalk of Asbury Park in something a little more subtle. You’ll stand out in the sea of orange tans and guido tattoos.
In Miami and South Beach, the rule for residents and visitors alike is “less is more.” Of course, if you’re trying to be cast as the newest star of Basketball Wives then throw on some bling and call it a day.
It’s a miracle if it gets above 70 degrees in San Francisco, so you may need to add a coverup to stave off the breezes. But underneath, you can have this classic look and let’s face it, a pop of color never killed anybody.
